All products will appear the same in person, as it looks in the photos. Please read the descriptions of each item on our website before purchasing anything. ALL SALES ARE FINAL.

You will have to contact the shipping carrier that created your tracking number, such as UPS, United States Postal Services etc. Once the product leaves out facility, it is out of our hands.

When products are in stock, processing is 1-5 days and shipping is 3-5 days. When products are out of stock, processing is 17-21 days and shipping is still 3-5 days.

Our custom made products take between 2-4 weeks processing because they are custom made from each customer. Please read each description for each product in order to complete your order on these items. All images must be sent to blucesshelp@gmail.com immediately after purchasing with your order number and your order name. Shipping will still be 3-5 business days after processing is up.
