Items are only returned if damaged and will be replaced with the exact same item being shipped out in 7-14 business days, NOT including weekends!

If your product is damaged, you must send a photo of the product fully within 24 hours of receiving the package to the email blucesshelp@gmail.com. You will then need to ship the product back to the return address on your shipping label, paying your own shipping fee.

If your package happens to be damaged but the product is still in great condition, there is no refund!
